BEFORE clicking to save to your hardrive, change the filename to qwerty
    THEN click to save

    ok

So your aware, all windows based computers require at least one main admin account. This allows full access to install and uninstall programs etc
When you log in, there should be an admin account to log into. This will either be password protected or it wont
Clearly yours is. if you know the log in password, then its one and the same

If you dont, then your going to struggle

Ive never used it, but this program looks like the best bet to reset admin passwords -

ok thanks when i first turn on my comp i dont log into anything. windows just starts up and used to ask what user wanted to use the comp so their settings would come up. i turned that off as theres only a couple of ppl in the house and we dont need seperate accounts/settings.its never been a case of where ive had it password protected inorder to get into windows.
