Generally speaking, the quick scan finds whats running on your computer at the time

A full scan picks up on everything else (so an MP3 infected file for example)

the infected bit was related to the best antivirus page that came up in my orignal post. even though it was deleted by KIS antimalware found it in the music files but it says its been deleted. i see its not a proper trojan more like a scam to get u to buy fake anti v. is that correct?

You have what is loosely termed as a 'Security Tool' fake anti-virus type infection.

I deal with several per week at work.

Malwarebytes is your key, it may take several scans to remove. See the below link:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-security-tool

It's a an infection that most often finds it's way onto your computer via a clicked link hidden in hijacked advertising placed on often legitimate sites on the web.

It fakes several infection reports then asks you to 'buy' the software, your credit card details are then sold to criminals.

The software has many different incarnations, some are more difficult to remove than others.

    Good luck :)

I dont think youve been infected

If you feel you might have been then run combofix

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)

thanks. ive removed it with malwarebytes so hopefully that did the trick. at least i know what it is now so dont need to panic although the site i got it from i think had some other malware which was an uknown threat dangerous object multi generic but KIS delt with it. does anyone know what that is and if its related to the fake trojan

If you feel you might have been then run combofix
i dont think i have. my comp has been running as normal and the issue that happened to me in my first post was defo connected to the fake trojan and the other issue i mention above was delt with by kis. ill have a look at the combofix and run that.would i have to turn off my AV altoghether. as u can tell im not very good with comps and tbh that scares me abit but im gonna have to go to work soon so might not be able to update till tom.but from everything u have looked at ie the log you think everything seems ok?

Log seems fine to me. That said, here could easily be something running 'behind the scenes'
