My earnings are showing as £3.25 - I had just over £26 on there before the changes!!! Has anyone else experienced this? Really annoyed!

I have had the same problem. On Monday and today the site is down for maintenance and yesterday I tried to complete a survey but it keep coming up with errors and then after about five question started back on question one. But, after trying to complete the survey I have now decided to not take my mother in law on holiday.

Onepoll says "We’re experiencing slower than average speeds on our site and survey system at present. We are aware of the issues and doing all we can to remedy this" ......and then underneath it says, "Welcome to OnePoll. The speed and efficiency of the internet has caused a revolution in the research industry. "

If I ran the site, I would have gone back to the old site at 9:30 on Monday Morning.

I wonder if the webmaster is related to Mumbles, they both seem to doggedly stick to something everyone else knows is clearly wrong.

Yes, the irony of that made me chuckle as well :-)

I work in a IT role, any changes we implement have to be tested to destruction and signed off by multiple levels of people before we're allowed to put them live. It appears that OnePoll don't have such a rigorous set of standards .....

Hopefully they'll sort it eventually.

I've been having the same problems as everyone else using Onepoll.com, however I noticed on google there is also Onepoll.SE - logged into that as per the onepoll.com details, and everything seems to work perfectly. 10 Surveys waiting for me, and 2 completed in less than 5 mins.

ETA. May have spoken too soon - that seems to have gone down now as well! I think I too will leave it until they get their act together!

Tried that, but couldn't get into my account. I managed one survey earlier today and after ages got to nearly 70% complete and was then disconnnected. Don't think I'll bother till it's properly sorted!
