I've just sent an email to [EMAIL="support@onepoll.com"]support@onepoll.com[/EMAIL] asking them to put a message on the hompage acknowledging the problems and hopefully advising when the site should be running properly. We'll just have to see if they do.0

I'm having exactly the same problem will the polls not loading and all the error messages. Haven't managed a single survey since the site upgrade.
Have just emailed them at members@onepoll.com to let them know, hopefully they'll sort it out. Bring back the old website!0 -
Hi, they have put a message on the home page saying it's slow so well done. Doesn't say it's rubbish as well though! I've got about 10 surveys waiting as well, but I can't get through even one of them. Errors on every question, never moves from 0% and never gets past Q1. So, I will have another look tomorrow.
I can't actually believe they've released this to a live environment without testing it!0 -
Yay! Looks like they read their emails even if they don't respond to them then. Let's hope they sort the site out quickly as well so we can get on with answering surveys as easily as we used to.0

I have just entered a groundhog day of mother and mother in law holiday questions which ask rhe same questions again and again and never leave the first question. Am giving up for the night0

This is a classical example of "If somethings not broken DON'T mend it"
OnePoll's previous website was easy to navigate, colourful, and worked a treat - NO way could you call it dated.
The new one is drab (about 4 colours max), Cheap looking and (most importantly) doesn't work!!
This was all probably done due to some over-rated whizz-kid exec wanted to either make a mark or keep himself in a job.
Change just for change sake rarely pays dividends0
