I did the 20p 50 question one three times before I gave up last night!
Each time I submitted it would not register.
The 10p one was ok but very slow. I can't even log in today.

I just tried it. It is taking forever to load. I think I'll give up for now.

I haven't been able to log in or even load the website for the past two days. Is there is a new web address for onepoll.com??

    Thanks,

    No, same web address :)

I thought it was just me. The site is so slow and it's crashed a couple of times between loading the questions. I was on about £39. It's still there, *touch wood*. Hopefully they'll sort out the little hiccups and it'll get back to it's normal "fast" self soon :)

Edit: Trying to do the "mother-in-law on holiday" one at the moment and it keeps saying there's an error with skipping questions ??!!! It definitely looks like they've got teething problems. What was wrong with the old site?

I only signed up yesterday and can't get any surveys done! Also I wanted to use the iPhone app but it just says "unknown error when I try to log in! It's frustrating seeing all those surveys there for me to do but can't do them!

Has anyone tried contacting One Poll to report the problems we're all having?

I've tried contacting them many times, not about the new web site, but they completely ignore emails.
