Scrap that.. 14 mins in & won't even load the second question on the first survey

It's taking forever to load and when I try to answer the questions on any of the surveys it says there are errors. I think they need to do some more work on it before it becomes usable again.

its a shame as i used to like the site but the new updates ive got a feeling will take alot of people away from it

I cant even get the site to load.

Given up for today..... will try again in a few days when hopefully they have sorted it out.

Had just got back to doing the surveys regular again and am half way to pay out.

I have just tried to do a survey and encountered a problem.
I answer it, click next and it comes up with an error message to say that I need to select answer, but changes onto the next question and numbers it question 1 rather than 2.

I'm having the same problems and particularly at the minute the one that Elixiress is having - its like groundhog day as it does the error message, give syou another question to answer and then goes back to question 1! Nightmare. I only need 30p to cash out so I wish the upgrade had been done next week.

Ah well, seems a good site usually so hopefully they'll get all these issues ironed out in next few days

So glad it's not just me - what a palaver! Hope it picks itself up soon I'm nearly at my £40 but can't face spending half an hour just to get 10p - the whole reason I like Onepoll is the quick surveys. :mad:

Yes, I'm having the same problem now - it jumps about from question to question and shows errors all the time. I'm very close to giving up on it...

Just grateful I received my first £40 last week. :T Once they get up and running again, it'll probably crash with everyone trying to do all the piled up surveys at once!
