And I got paid yesterday :T

Just out of interest, when did you cash out ? I hit the button to collect my payment at the start of last week and I'm still waiting.

I waited 10 working days, then started emailing them and they ignore every email I sent.

Just out of interest, I've just tried to log onto onepoll and all I get is Page Not Found. Anyone else having problems?

Edit: It's changed to The connection has timed out now.
  • Onepoll.se is working for me, much quicker than .com, which isn't working at all at the moment. Thanks for the tip!

I did several surveys on the site today and it was working OK. I tried to connect tonight and the site appears to be even slower than it was before.

Site been working for me since about midday today. Finally got the last 20p I needed and cashed out. When I did it told me 28 days for payment so I guess I can expect to be in for a wait.

Good luck everyone who still needs that last little bit! Hopefully site will be back to 100% soon and we can all get building up credit again :)

Yep, problems here too. I beat you all though, I completed 125% of a survey. It's taking forever to load each question and that, to me, was the beauty of OnePoll, the fact that the surveys were so quick to complete.

Also, I cashed out last Thursday night and was expecting the money in my bank account this week. Now, when I can log on, it says 'Congratulations! You've hit the £40 mark' again, so I'm suspecting that I'll have to do it again. Grrr...

    Hi nykied,

Exactly the same happened to me! I've emailled them a few times but got no reply so I rang them this morning on the number on the website, they were really helpful, checked on their payments and it hadn't gone through so I had to re-apply and they will ring to confirm it's been received.

A bit of a pain as it has been two weeks since I requested it but at least I know what's happening now!

I cashed my £40 payout at the beginning of the month, but have yet to receive anything into my Paypal account, it was about the time they changed over to the new look, tried emailing but getting no reply, it's taken me nearly a year to get to the payout mark so getting abit frustrated, has anyone been paid out recently?
