Maybe you didn't qualify then.

I hit the submit button a couple of times and nothing happened. While I was waiting I noticed the text link at the top of the page, so clicked it and got to the external survey.

Haven't been paid 15p for it yet.

I got the same but answered very easily as it is obviously about nuclear power which is borne out in subsequent questions.

onepoll is now a complete mess, i have now completed TEN surveys VERY slowly only to be told after i have completed 110%of them that there is an error (how do you complete 110% of a survey when 100% is complete) needless to say they do not reply to any emails, i suppose it is beneath them to actually talk to a panel member,
Whoever designed the latest site should reconsider whether he/she is in the right profession

In recent weeks, I seem to find that I can do a survey and easily find pages timing out when loading. It is because of this I find that I end up completing less than half of the surveys I qualify for.

If I do a survey through Chrome and it times out, I can never retrieve the survey. If I do it through Firefox, I find that the survey is a little longer to load, but it is possible to retrieve the survey I'm answering.

The current survey I am filling in has timed out 5 times in Firefox. I did a survey earlier today which timed in Chrome, but now I am using Firefox for this site, just so I can retrieve the surveys when servers time out (even though I answer the questions very quickly).

I shop all over, so more than one applicable. Gives list of all usual ones, but you can only pick one and if it's not the one they're looking for you are screened out. Hint: It's not Sainsburys!

Then it took me 19 minutes to complete the 'health' 20p survey which was over 115% complete when I finished. What the heck???

They were late making the last payment (I've received 3 so far) but it did eventually arrive. Though last time then sent a generic email out saying sorry for the delay. And nope, no replies to emails.

The new payout system for Onepoll says that it will be paid within 28 days.
