You can pick them up from ebay for a couple of quid. Alternatively, you can make an adapter from a xbox controler extension lead and a USB entension cable. With this you can use any usb memory stick as an xbox memory card.

Just a note: If you do this, the xbox will reformat the memoy stick, so make sure that there is nothing on there that you want to keep!
