On the CAG thread the halfwit says he's going to appeal to a higher court. Bring it on Peter, you'll be really popular with your mates when you lose that one!

Lack of signs? You must have been in a different court room!! That was not the issue at all - but never mind keep missleading!

    Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

    YOU LOSER.

    Hasbeenneverwas loses again, hehehehehehehehehehe

Your scamming days are over sunshine.

Look how many new posters are getting aware of your scams and don't forget about all the people reading these forums and taking all the advice in and passing that on too.

Admit it loser, you are losing money hand over fist and don't like it one bit, i do. Hehehehehehe.

    Take a look at this you loser;

I spend a bit more time in supermarket car parks and dish those out just to get the word out about your countrywide scam. You can't do a damn thing about it mate can you?

You were up against someone who was not riddled with such an illness that they couldn't defend themselves, they did and they won, loser.

Do you still feel proud of taking a severely disabled person to court and bragging on the net about it? I don't see much bragging forthcoming tonight. You LOSER, hehehehehehe.

You hasbeenneverwas are now the laughing stock of the internet on at least three sites at the moment, oh how i am laughing at YOU, you loser.

I wish i could hide the total utter contempt i have for the likes of you and your ilk but i can't. I am laughing too much. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

This is absolutely brilliant! Well done mpdollar, in spite of your unfortunate surname! :T

This thread made me laugh nearly as much as the thread started tonight by the person who thought there was a spelling mistake on his PCN...:D:rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Let us not forget how many watchers and new posters will take great comfort in the fact that they now know they can UTTERLY AND TOTALLY IGNORE the parasites.

Do NOT contact them in any way shape or form. The PPC parasites watch these forums like a hawk, and no doubt are in severe displeasure of us, but that's by the by, so you honest drivers who park for an extra 20 minutes whilst trying to enjoy supermarket food in their canteen's, totally utterly ignore them.

What more proof do you need?

Go on Hasbeenneverwas, try and take it to an higher court, i haven't laughed this much for a while.

I bet he's not sleeping too well this evening, tough. :rotfl:

Furthermore, let us thank the people on CAG for a job very well done. Perhaps they, the contributor's, who give their time to help for nothing, would be, i hope, be raising a glass or two tonight. They deserve it.

Also the very experienced and wonderful people on pepipoo too, who again, give their knowledge for free. Knowledge, a 9 letter word but so powerful.

We will get rid of the parasite's.

many of the posters on this thread have displayed a contemptible glee in haswell's defeat. all very unbecoming and unnecessary. by now you should all be feeling a sense of shame. in fact, shame on you all!

er......wait a minute....let me just look at................................MWHAAA HA HA HA HA! oh my days!

congratulations to mpdollar. I spotted his posts late last yr. he was in something of a panic and unsure of what to do. thanks to CAG people he chose to take hasbeen to the cleaners.

oh, bad luck pedro! forgive a moment of schadenfreude but I'm giggling like a schoolgirl at a sugababes concert.

it's 0435hrs right now and I'm off to work. I just know it's going to be a great day, and it's all thanks to you, hasbeen!

    love

Unfortunately I fear that Haswell will still be able to find more victims. He will go for the soft targets, such as the elderly and the disabled. They will think that the "appeals" process is genuine, when in fact it's just an information gathering exercise designed to ascertain the identity of the driver. Then follow it up with a couple of "Court Proceedings" letters to put the frighteners on them. They get so scared they pay up -job done. What a despicable way to earn a living.

Especially if they have turned to a charity such as Mobilise for advice, not knowing that they shamlessly have a vested interest

After doing a bit of poking around at Companies House I think I know why UKCPS might be getting more aggressive. They may be short of money. Their accounts are nearly three month overdue, and a couple of weeks ago they took out a Debenture Deed (a type of mortgage) secured against all the assets of the company. The company seems to be a one-man-band. The only person named at Companies House is Gary Deegan, who is the only director and also doubles up as company secretary.
