UKCPS Lose In Court

Their accounts are nearly three month overdue, and a couple of weeks ago they took out a Debenture Deed (a type of mortgage) secured against all the assets of the company. The company seems to be a one-man-band. The only person named at Companies House is Gary Deegan, who is the only director and also doubles up as company secretary.
So the news gets better and better.0 -

If you're so in the know, why did the PPC lose then ?All aboard the Gus Bus !0 -

Under normal circumstances I would agree but in this case, if the troll doesn't answer, it shows that the IGNORE message is the correct one. Given his shouting reply to my PM I suspect he or she is beginning to feel the pinch in the pocket :rotfl:All aboard the Gus Bus !0 -
It must be so rewarding for mobilise to associate themselves with company on the verge of collapse, and by the looks of things tax evaders, no doubt the inland revenue will be liquidating them soon
Unfortunately they will come back as UKCPSCUM 2011 Ltd soonExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I suppose their finances took a battering from this (CAG November 2010):-
For anyone interested in this site,at Elk retail park Oldham,Lancs,
Ukcps have been removed from the site by the landlords (Savilles) after about 4 months of aggressive ticketing and harassment of customers.
yesterday It was a pleasure to watch the UKCPS oiks having to remove every one of their signs (and there were a lot of them)
If any one has any "invoices" relating to this site I think we can now safely ignore them.
Then you have all of Hasbeen's away-days. Once you take out his travelling expenses and hotel bills, there can't be much profit left from their County Court wins. And, of course, they made a resounding loss on their court appearance yesterday. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

over the past 6 months I've persuaded 7 people to ignore the bullying and refuse to pay; I've informed perhaps 150 to visit here, CAG, pepipoo. I feel I've done my bit for the time being, but the more I meet in future the more I'll tell.
I'm not 'charlie upright': occasionally I've parked dodgily (6 mins to use an ATM and then a council ticket, I ask you) but for the most part I'm considerate - most of us are. my issue is with the low-life's, like haswell, who prey on the unwary, the gullible and -worst of all - the disabled; their sort can be found across the sewer-end of the business spectrum, from payday loans to slum landlords. none has the aptitude or a set of values to earn an honest living; they leech off the motorist much in the same way as a benefit cheat sucks money out of the welfare system -except the PPC's can't be accused of criminality, even though their business practices amount - to my mind - much the same thing.
the depressing thing, IMO, is that, regardless of the impending clamp-ban, the mpdollar victory, sites like this and the transparent trolling haswell and perky will continue to operate, albeit in slightly reduced circs; they'll drive BMW 5 series in future as opposed to series 7.
my beloved woman is bandaging my knees, now I've fallen off the soap-box.0 -

An illuminating post.
The PPC business model exposed.
No money in car park management, especially away from city centre prime sites. Resort to made up breach of contract claims. Upset the natives who are briefed widely by the internet.
It falls like a deck of cards and Hasbeen thrashes around trying to stem the tide. Tries as a sockpuppet, tries as a litigant, but it's time to throw in the towel.:D0 -

The defendant and victor says;
'the main decider was that I didn't see any of the sign in the car park so therefore there was no acceptance of contract!'
Wasn't he in the court? I would tend to believe the winner's version of events.......but.....
If still not correct, perhaps you will explain the reason you lost?0 -
This just makes me think that I will be going to court soon then after reading this because I appealed foolishly before reading here.
I appealed because it was my dads name on the letter and didn't want him caught up in all this.
woops.
