  • Hello :) *waves*

Hope you're all doing well - how did this months challenge go?

I've got my first appointment with the weight team people at the GP tomorrow, so fingers crossed I'll be able to make weekly appointments and have someone actually checking up on me instead of being able to ignore it all :/

-1lbs loss this week. not alot but a step in the right direction.
i had a doctors appointment today and with two kids to take with me, we walked there and back with only a few grumbles from my eldest. So we did 2 miles there and 2 miles back. think they will sleep well tonight.

Not a lot considering I put on 2lb last week - but I'm happy with it.

Hello everyone-paid for my monthly pass last night.I started weight watchers in 2009 when we were trying to get pregnant.I started at 14st6lb and was down to 13st1lb at my first weigh in after he was born-so October last year.but then I stopped for various [STRIKE]reasons[/STRIKE] excuses.Ive been feeling yuck for a while-got on the scale last night...14st6lb.
So back I go,although this time I'm going to keep going.I have a choice of three meetings-Wednesday or thursday morning at 10 near DS1 school,or Thursday evening at the community centre near us.I had planned to go this morning but DS woke sicking up-48 hour rule so I'll go tomorrow evening when DH is home to watch kids.Still, gives me more time to read through the propoints material I got at the launch but never used.

    ETA:Im a Londoner too;)

Sad to have not completed the half marathon challenge - but unless my knee magically gets better tomorrow it's unlikely i'll run again before May :(

You could do the whole thing online and avoid having to go to a meeting.

The most accurate way to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, starkers, after going to the loo and before eating and drinking anything. Weighing late in the day or in the evening is going to be inaccurate.
