    Morning ladies

Limited flying for me today as I put my already rubbish back out yesterday wearing ridiculous shoes :o:o:o

Just thought I'd let you know though that we spent the whole day taking on lots of extra liquid yesterday (as well as ridiculous shoe wearing) and now Gherkin has done lots and lots of decluttering all of his very own :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Thanks for the advice!
    Updating soon...

Have a good weekend all and I will be back on Sunday....xx

    Morning, Flyfriends!

Juliejim I hope all goes well at the hossy. Wondering why they want your DH along as well? *scratches head*

Meeting to hand over paperwork still not finalised; had email yesterday to say possibly not this weekend, so I emailed back and said OK, not this weekend then, and gave a list of dates I can manage later; then today got email saying don't rule out this weekend yet.... um, no, I can't do things on short notice, I have to plan rest periods round everything. (District manager knows my health situation).

So I've been slightly proactive - Mr LW is working from home today, so I got him to phone district manager and say that I need to know by the Thursday before, so this weekend is now not do-able. I've confirmed this by email, and explained why - and am now worrying that I'm being unreasonable.:(

Am tempted to resign completely - I've been doing this (voluntary) job for a good number of years now - my own region for about 8 years, then got another dumped on me about 5 years ago, and the third one just over a year ago (it's this 3rd one that we now have another volunteer for), and I'm beginning to feel I've done my share. But volunteers are thin on the ground (as witness the fact that I've been doing 2nd region for 5 years *rolleyes*), so I'd be kind of leaving the district manager with a problem if I pack it up.

Mr LW says to think about it for a few days, then decide.

We also have a very stressful meeting to attend tonight - hopefully the outcome will be that we get our 2nd kitchen chair back. But the bloke wants to charge us silly money for an imperfect job that has taken him 2 years to get around to doing.:( I just want to dig a large hole and go and lie in it til it all goes away......:(

Hey ho, all part of life's rich pattern, I suppose......:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Morning all

Washing out on the line, it's beautiful out there. I've cut the grass back and front, edged and swept up. Then I vacuumed through downstairs. Sausage and tomato pie in the oven ready to be switched on later.

Just sat in the garden reading for an hour before it gets too hot and it felt so nice. Might go back out in a minute.....

Not as bad as I thought! I've got a 15 minute declutter to do today, along with yet another load of washing. I've had two duvets to do today, along with DDs sheets (again) and a load of whites. DW needs emptying and reloading, and I've got some actual paid work to do too.

There really aren't enough hours in the day!!

Take care - and enjoy the lovely weather!
