Evening all
Had a lazy evening here, Miss A and I watched DIY SOS, the big build or something like that! Wow a whole house sorted, amaaaaaaaaaazing.
I saw the last five minutes of that (in one of my rare excursions into tv land!) and was pea green with envy at the prospect fo a finished house. a real kitchen with cupboards and worktops *dribbles*
I made apple turnovers to use up the cooking apples from the veg box, and the last bit of puff pastry. Lovely - but not diet friendly.
I have done HHI, sorted uniforms and packed lunches, booted the black dog very hard up its bottom, sorted the TD and fetched sisters duvet and bedding from the loft so it can be washed ready for her moving out this weekend. Itchy now so off for a cup of tea in the bath, just need to find a book I haven't read a gazillion times first.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
jinky which coast do you live on? Last July we tried walking the West Highland Way with the dog. After day 2 we had to give up because it had been raining solidly all the time and the dog had ulcers under his armpits.
Flying limited today. But did a useful use up of fridge leftovers for dinner. DH away from tomorrow until Sunday so hopefully will get some flying done over the weekend.GC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500 -
