  • And better off, no doubt, for her injection of cash into the local economy. She deserves a medal.

I shall help her back into work. Once the child is in the care of a responsible adult she will be available in work :j

Then I can use the money to buy lots more BTL property!

Thank god they are all in some Welsh chavsville.

Its a serious financial transaction and one of the biggest things you will ever buy. So, stop treating it like buying an ipod.

lol... And let people live there for free.... Fill yer boots, mate. We need philanthropists like you. It's all part of the Big Society... lol
  • 550 x 2months equals 1100.00
    1819.50 .\' 2 months equals 908.00

get your story right my dear

You obviously have not been through the long tedious court process - she was £1100 in debt when we served the notice and by the time she ran off she owed £1819.50

I have the court judgement in front of me along with her pathetic offer.

She is obviously bored and needs to get a job and live in the real world bless her. It is my social responsibility to get her on the straight and narrow :rotfl:

Well, you've already thrown away £1,800 and paid for a boiler. Unless "Villa" is a brand of ice-cream, I fear you are dillusional.

Delusional? I am too busy for that. Unlike you I don't average almost 17 posts per day - oh that must be because I am busy working! I need the money for the air fares.

  • If she can break the law - so can I pal!

Rent was £550 per month - standard here. Lovely home, sea views, gardens. All newly decorated, super kitchen and bathroom - not some doss house. We had a legal agreement - she broke it. I will fight fire with fire if I have to.

Have you had a drink and doing a spot of trolling?

Thanks for reminding me why getting a mortgage was such a good idea..
