Well enough to party on, get w4nkered and post on facebook though.
In that case well enough to hand over what wasn't hers to keep.

    She's a cheeky mare.

Rent was £550 per month - standard here. Lovely home, sea views, gardens. All newly decorated, super kitchen and bathroom - not some doss house. We had a legal agreement - she broke it. I will fight fire with fire if I have to.

    550 x 2months equals 1100.00
    1819.50 .\' 2 months equals 908.00

get your story right my dear

Sorry but being ill doesnt stop you from having a life though does it?

    Do you think it should?

  • No? You really should claim child benefit then.

Re give lads cash in claw for results you appear to be planning tax evasion & illegal, criminal harassment :if so I hope you get a prison sentence.

    Cheers!!

    Artful

Funnily enough I see a lot of prison! That is where my lads will be coming from. :j

Actually Housing Allowance is just that - for housing i.e. rent

As soon as she was two months in arrears I started proceedings (you cannot do it earlier)

Easy to find new landlord - small place Wales :rotfl:

I will prove it - will have photographic evidence and witness statements to back up my claim.

As for only requiring £10 pw - rubbish - I am installing a brand new boiler in her former home next week at a cost £1450 - I should have that in reserve except she never handed it over for her housing

As for Bailiffs - maybe I will not go down that route - plenty of lads looking for cash in the hand work round here. Payment on results

Would you be sure they would act in a manner that would not be deemed as harrassment, that she could then take the matter futher...? I'd be concerned in this respect if there are kids at home and cause distress to them in witnessing their mother having to deal with it.

Yes. I remember a story told to me by somebody I worked with. She remembers being young and her father was "off sick". It was the day of the Village Fayre, a weekend day. They were walking down to the village and her father was carrying a bunch of daffodils when he saw his boss and asked her to carry them because if the boss saw him carrying something he'd expect him to be back at work on Monday.

Getting w4nkered and posting images of sessions on facebook isn't a life, it's chavtown.
  • She is fine and dandy believe you me! Small town this is

And better off, no doubt, for her injection of cash into the local economy. She deserves a medal.
  • Well enough to party on, get w4nkered and post on facebook though.

At least it wasn't wasted, then.
