TPS parking ticket advice PLEASE

Yes, but you will get a bit more harassment now you have fallen for it.
They have no legal basis for the charge, its an unlawful penalty.

You should of ignored them from the outset.

Having any contact only encourages them, they spout silly legal mumbo jumbo to try and intimidate people, it is all codswallop simply ignore everything from now on!

oopsadaisy - when i got the letter with the fine it was completely outa the blue - I actually didnt know about the
ticket (it is a van and few people use it) so i just wrote straight back n told them .... i only looked on here when i got their 1st proper threat

i will igonre it though

As if often the case - but it doesn't mean you have to take such a letter seriously. And you still seemed unsure even though you posted on a random 2 month old thread with clear advice about this scam.
