Not to p1$s on your chips darling but the aforementioned cases had nothing to do with the FWW or this thread.
In actual fact, the cell phone investigation stopped at just that. The managers found that I was not to blame and it was a simple process error. END OF - No DA, No Warning, No Nothing.
The issues that I raise here are way way way worse than the above.
And why doesn't it surprise me that you got HR Police Helmet on. Your comments just help support the message I am projecting - Human Resources is a one-eyed corrupt practice in some (and possibly your) case(s). Quick to look and take action against non-white males and happy to overlook the same crimes committed by white female working within the dept.

If (as suggesting) that some HR departments are racist and corrupt, is it not those very 'racist' and 'corrupt' HR staff who would have gone some way to recruit the very same people you refer to - very likely in preference to white job applicants - based on their suitability I hasten to add.

I've been employed for over 20 years and I have never recieved any kind of warning or investigation. You seem to have received quite a few there OP. Do you really think it's down to a corrupt HR department?0

I always think HR don't like people who stand up to them and question them, i think that i am the same sort of employee, i know my rights and i am prepared to use them. I think there are double standards. Some managers have their favourites and will do anything to protect them. It's a question of whether your face fits.0

There are two ways you can proceed: To tell the CEO in some way or let it go, you need to weigh up the pros and cons before you proceed obviously.
I'm an employer and l do treat everyone the same, it does bother me that you got this FWW when someone else didn't for the same offence but to put it another way..... you already had 'history' and not just the one thing, it seems HR are determined to make you behave OR do they want you out...?
Still, you're right it's definitely not fair but the alternative is to tell the CEO, if you do make sure you send it via email from a computer you DON'T normally use. If the HR find out and IF they do some digging you don't want this coming back on you in any way.
Not sure what l'd do in your position.... l really hope though you can keep your head down, plug away at work and prove yourself.
Just to add..... if l were the CEO l'd want to know, but that's just me, what's the CEO like? There's another point if he's an ar5e he's probably not going to be bothered anyway.

Its most likely your abrasive manner that makes the HR want to get rid of you, not only on this post but on others you come across as rude.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

I have experienced this many years ago. I was out smoking and got caught by the boss, Final written warning despite never having one before, others had got caught in the past and it was either ignored or they got a little word in there ear, nothing major, but I got the final written warning, obviously to make some sort of an example, well I got up and walked out, got a JSA sanction for 6 months but it was worth it, I was not going to be made an example of, few weeks after walking out I had the supervisor on the phone looking me back, I said no.0

I am not a rude person. I respect the company, the people and my work.
We are constantly pushed to take courses in ethics and in those courses teach us to inform senior management when we see stuff like this go on.
I do not blame the HR department to make an example out of me and set a standard - I deserved it and in hindsight, it made me a better person today however, to disregard and not follow that same standard for a member of staff in their own department? That is unethical, unfair and completely against the training and practice HR is educated with.
Would the CEO do something about this if he found out? Ermmm not sure - probably not. My value in the organisation is not as important as those in HR.0 -
