Well you haven't paid anything for the one that's starts fires, so why not keep the decent one?0

I paid 30% of the price in cash for the candy washer dryer and the rest on 0% credit. They gave me a credit note for this when it was being return.
I then brought the LG washer dryer.
If I don't return the LG in the first 30 days, I'm stuck with both. That's why its being returned.0 -
I'm off to the small claims court with his now. The LG washer dryers been returned and the candy isn't working still. When it repaired the machine blows the same part within a few hours.
Very wont take the Candy washer dryer back without Candy writing the machine off. Candy are happy to send out an engineer once a week to fix it for a few hours.
Dont buy anything electric from Very, if it goes wrong you will have a hell of a time sorting it out.0 -

Bit confused, small claims court for what? Didn't Very refund you for this washing machine?
So you have a (nackered, fire starting) free washer at the moment?0 -

It is difficult to offer good suggestions if parts of the story are missing. You had never told us that Very charged you a second time for the Candy machine.
My suggestion would be for you to send Very a letter before action. Google it for sample letters.0 -
After a month of being passed around 5 different Very departments and 2 at Candy I'm getting a little confused. The engineers inspections only purpose seems to be run down the clock on this and make sure it can't be returned or refunded. If the machines 6 months or older they only have to offer a repair. This machine is still under 6 months old. Its a new model too.
I keep being told by Very its Candy who have to deal with the return, not them. There engineer will visit and if the machine cant be repair... will write it off. 3 engineers have told me now in person they don't have the authority to make that decision on a new machine.
"Very" don't allow bad reviews on there web sites too. Twice I've tried to post a review of this machine on there web site and none have shown up. So you don't know if others are having the same problems.
I will send them a letter today and lets see if this turns into more time wasting.0 -
I have been in dispute with Very over a £20 refund for over 4 months now. I have emails from them promising to refund me but every time I log in to check, my account hasn't been credited.
I don't know how to take this further, I'm so unhappy with their services now and want to cancel my account but because it's showing a balance of £20 I can't
Any suggestions0
