Ordered a condenser dryer, website so temperamental and user unfriendly and got my delivery address wrong. Had to redirect my item on the day, apparently Very.co.uk don't even communicate with their delivery company Arrow XL. Called Arrow XL numerous times about my delivery and they just kept saying it's at the wrong depot, they also just rely on an unreliable I.T. system. No human contact, so nothing gets communicated properly down the line. Trust me pay a little bit more and choose another company get things delivered on time. I have had items delivered from the other side of the world in quicker time. Cancelled the order i didnt recieve. In a nut shell Very.co.uk is a waste of time and money.0

Since 13 June 2014, Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 requires an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for post-sales enquiries.
Make sure you get the correct number from the official website, not from some third-party scam site. Calls to the official number will be inclusive from landlines and from mobiles, else charged at 'geographic rate'.0 -

Hi I've tried all other forms of contact, but I hadn't seen this one before so thought I'd give it a go, but like so many things with Very.co.uk it leads nowhere!! Arghh!0

How nice of VERY to post me a voucher offering £30 off my first shop. Or so I thought..
After glancing through a mostly uninspiring catalogue of products, I found a few pleasant items, and purchased happily, waiting to enter my voucher code...No box to enter promo and payment has gone through. Eh?
So obviously phone customer services is the next step......no answer..
Online help, Kim M. informed me that as I had bought a sale item the voucher code could not be used. Fair enough. But why not write that on your promotional material??? Feels a bit of a con.
Concluding, I asked for an email address to take my complaint further, no email available, only postal complaints apparently.
How thoroughly convenient for them.
