I want to make it it to be perfectly clear that I have nothing to do with the aforementioned Paul, Paul, Alan, Alan, Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave, sausage, egg, chips and Dave
Dave, not spam0 -
http://whois.domaintools.com/localtrustedtraders.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/lifecote.com
Spot the difference...
BTW Does Dave now need to commend the other 149 domains associated with?
The sites do have very slightly different IP address but are both hosted by (not very) Fasthosts.co.uk
BTW at the bottom of the local trusted traders it does say the following in hard to read text
LocalTrustedTraders.com is the trading name of DPA Ltd Company Number 7981344 VAT No 134 6773 01
http://www.dampproofingassociation.com/
Which shares an address with
http://www.damp-proofing.biz/ (recognise the template)?
Which has Lifecote in their title
"DAMP PROOFING FREE SURVEY BY LIFECOTE, LECTROS ECO SYSTEM"

Looks very professionalto me, do we have a competitor here?
And how did you garner the trading name of LifeCote from their website?
Lifecote LTD (Company No. 05850998) didn't even file their march 2012 accounts.0 -

I thought it only fair that Dave's previous posts should be commented on to highlight the independence of his recommendations.0 -

I can't access the full 149 domains, but the sample that I did get access to show that many of them are simple sites either feeding in to the central DPA site or the local Lifecote office or are straight copies of each other.
One interesting one though - http://www.damp-proofing.biz/ who claim to be The Lectros Damp Proofing System or Damp Proofing Contractors and avoid any mention on their site of being connected to Lifecote.
Also interesting to note that none of the sites have a cookie/privacy policy and most of them don't provide a physical address.0 -
Hmmm localtrustedtradersYou may require a Plummer in Liverpool, a double glazing company in London, a basement Conversion in Suffolk, a rewire in Leeds. We have over categories and 1000’s of local traders.
and only £ 20.00 plus VAT to get registered too. Oh and BTWYou need to pay that in advance by on the Pay Pal Icon below. (Total £30.00)
Cheers

How does £20 + vat become £30?0

This posting is so obviously a competitor trying to diminisha brand, anyone can see there’s a childish vendetta going on here. I did acredit check on Lifecote and found over £200,000 at the bank, and no CCJ’s Iused them and would again.
It’s really sad that some people see this site a chance topost rubbish.
Pot kettle black springs to mind.
This posting is so obviously an Lifecote employee trying to defend his company.
Why else would they credit check and ccj check a company and then search the web for negative reviews about them.0 -

Hi sall
Did you search for lifecote ltd? I can't tell what their true trading name or registered address is from their website. May I also ask what process you used to find their bank balance? When I last checked their status at companies hse the accounts were way overdue.
Tnx0
