I had a 54 Picanto 1.1lx wish I still had it
Cracking little car didnt go very quick but economy was good and it had air con etc....
I chopped my 55 plate diesel PT Cruiser 2.2crd in last year £245 a year tax, £350 a year insurance, 35-40mpg and on finance in for an M reg 2.8td Frontera!! Slow as anything does about 28-30mpg £205 a year tax £180 a year insurance, bought for £500... No heater to speak of but cheap and cheerful...
