    Just a thought, i know that there is already 2 threads running over this, but would it maybe helpful for people if another one was created for a £20 basket challenge for folks to post a basket worth £20ish for a return of £20ish as it seems that is what we are all having to do now, anyone else in favour of this?

    Brilliant idea!!
    :)I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!
  • OK, so that challenge for me is to spend my £28 voucher and get £20 back, never thought I'd have to stragetically plan my shopping!

    Two bottles of turners and something you actually need, maybe a book or dvd for £8 (price check though)
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

    well ive just got back from my tesco local and the poor girl had never seen one and never had a clue , i told her to sign the reciept and she refused :mad:
    then i called her superviser over and told her if she didnt sign the reciept what would stop me using it again and printing another voucher out, which i wouldnt do so the superviser then said we better sign it :T
    I bought 3 x baby bel light
    2 boxes of elevenses
    foamburst gel
    cheerios
    pepsi
    kit kat
    and litre bottle martini
    If got this right i should have DTD for £20

    For anyone wondering about vouchers input before t&c change

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/shopping/2011/03/tesco-alters-price-check-guarantee-in-attempt-to-close-loophole?utm_source=forum&utm_medium=sidebar&utm_campaign=box

    "The extra cap – to sit alongside the £100 a month limit – affects anyone who uses the guarantee from yesterday but is not retrospective.

    So anyone still to claim on items bought on Wednesday or earlier won't be caught by it."

    hth

    It is being applied retrospectively though, as it clearly stated a £100 per voucher limit when did my shop and when i entered my vouchers yesterday afternoon.

    So unless i get the full amount on my vouchers today i cannot see how they can say this.
    TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS

    There's two threads already, I personally think it's overkill, this isn't a TESCO pricechecker forum, theres a distinct thread for chat, there's a distinct thread for deals, a £20 basket 'challenge sounds like posting deals for which there's a thread already.

    Hi I am New to this thread. Doing my first dtd shop on Saturday.
    Has anyone had success with these products?

    Neutrogena Visibly clear wipes - deep cleansing
    Asda=£2.00
    Tesco=£3.54

    and....

    Simple Kind to Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes
    Asda=£1.00
    Tesco=£2.97

    The simple Kind to Skin wipes you are comparing are a pack of 7 in asda and a pack of 25 in Tesco. The 25 pack is 2.97 in both stores.
