It would be good to have a £20 basket thread as well if no chat on it, so just shopping list and confirmations -dates and how much money back

so 'Item' - T - £2.00 A - £1.00 DTD - £2.00

Totals - T - *** A - *** DTD - £19.86

Does the original shop have to be more than the DTD back? SO if my shop yesterday was £18 and expected dtd is £19 will they except that?

Just back from Mr T's. Did an ordinary shop (no DDs) amounting to £52 odd and gave my voucher over for £44 odd. Girl on till called boy (team leader!?) who then took me to Customer Services desk. Was told that Manager had to be called when these vouchers are handed in.

The boy and another woman had conversation about how I was getting back more as a refund than I had originally spent and how people are abusing the system by multi buying and selling on for profit. Another 15 minutes of waiting and a manager came. She had a muffled conversation with the other woman and then proceeded to read handwritten notes in a book. When I asked how much longer it was going to take, she said she wasnt aware I was even waiting and that she was not in the habit of ignoring customers!

Eventually another manager arrived, checked the receipt etc. and passed it through to be processed.

Before I left, I said to the woman that if she was thinking I had bulked bought shampoo and conditioner, I have 4 daughters - all with coloured hair!!! Not true (only 1) but whats the point in being honest these days!

They still haven't changed the 8 packs of coke so they can't be very quick at reading this thread if they are. However if the same person who thought of this 'deal' is reading the thread they have prob only got to about page 50 by now.

I hope so cos my original shop was £27 and I got £28 back.

If Tesco ARE reading this thread, we could be doing them a favour highlighting the cheaper prices in asda and they could be changing their prices accordingly..but yet its not happening very fast if at all, so maybe they are making more by the thousands of shoppers who aren't bothering with pricecheck and are paying their inflated prices.

thats why I've stopped posting the list I made, I thought having all the items we can exploit in one post was abit of a target for tesco to pinch and pull a fast one on us!
