Just used my DTD voucher for £55 thanks to everybody on here for alerting me re the change of the vouchers from £20 to correct amount.... I had printed the £20 and was on my way out to Tesco.... so I was chuffed to be alerted....did a normal shop with things that I really needed although some dtd items did sneak into my trolley... the SA that served me was overjoyed to see my voucher and accepted it no problem but he did say that they weren't allowed to accept vouchers for more than £20 from midnight tonight..:eek:...he was so happy for me he even showed it to the supervisor [at this time I was trembling with fear] all she said was thats the best one yet well done you!!!!!:T

Which store was this, was it a london one?

good question i was wondering that. although i won't lose massively if they don't.although if i'd known before i could have balanced the shops better.
did 2 shops today dtd should be £14 and £25 so only £5 down
    feel sorry for others though.
wish they'd just make up there minds and stick to it so we all know where we stand.

Surely as T&C's changed back to £100 cap briefly today they will have to honour today's receipts?

toiletries might be one of the things Tesco are backtracking on in the new T&C, we won't know till tomorrow when the new vouchers are released.

tesco had a brainwave and capped all our vouchers at £20. we hit them hard with phone calls, emails to tesco head office, watch dog, the sun newspaper. and trading standards. tesco backdown. and have honoured our vouchers. but have capped any new reciepts yto £20

When we all got our e-mails today, Tesco's capped all vouchers at £20 so even if your DTD was 47.00 you still only got a £20 voucher. After a huge number of FAB MSE's complaining to Tesco, Trading Standards, press etc, Tesco backtracked and changed the voucher link to the correct amounts again.

    Hope this helps

To cut a long story short receipts entered from midnight last night will be capped to a limit of £20. What happened today was people who waited for vouchers (input receipts yesterday) found max voucher was £20. All hell broke loose and within a short time frame if you entered receipts again then your correct voucher came through (tescos backtracked). They are clamping down and anything now is a max of £20 voucher but still £100 limit a month. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone :)
