Just used my DTD voucher for £55 thanks to everybody on here for alerting me re the change of the vouchers from £20 to correct amount.... I had printed the £20 and was on my way out to Tesco.... so I was chuffed to be alerted....did a normal shop with things that I really needed although some dtd items did sneak into my trolley... the SA that served me was overjoyed to see my voucher and accepted it no problem but he did say that they weren't allowed to accept vouchers for more than £20 from midnight tonight..:eek:...he was so happy for me he even showed it to the supervisor [at this time I was trembling with fear] all she said was thats the best one yet well done you!!!!!:T

I have a voucher for more than this amount that I will not spend tonight. Don't see how it can be refused, as it has valid until 20/04/11 printed on it.

On a seperate note its interesting what happens when we commit to not buying toiletries isn't it ladies:rotfl:

LOL I have just had my voucher refused (£21) at my local...on the grounds that I have been in 3 times already this month so i cant use any more until week 7......just trying to find the phone numvber for CS as i have not exceeded my limit and I am furious!!!!!

We need to find out what time the T&C were changed "William" a manger on the customer services phone number said that they were changed at 10am yesterday.

I'm just back from work and still have many pages to get through so don't know if there was a definitive answer given in the 30 pages I still need to read.
I was in Tesco just before 6pm and a SA phoned up HO to complain on my behalf and see what was happening. He was told that the T&Cs changed at midnight on wed/thurs. Therefore if you shopped before that then surely they must honour it?

week 7?? whats that all about you can get 10 a month so use 10 a month i'd def be phoning aswell, if they refuse mine i won't have a leg to stand on, but i'm more worried they will decide in a month or 2 to try claim back from people who have went over £100 just wondering if they can because they can trace it to her?

I have just done an online shop at Tesco to use my £110 voucher. Bit nervous though as i have to pay for the shop in full and then the driver takes the voucher and then tesco refunds me the voucher amount. Have just spoken to Tesco customer service and asked what proof do i have that i gave the driver the voucher and they said i get nothing to prove it. Maybe i should photocopy the voucher and get the driver to sign it. Has anyone else had any problems getting their refund from online delivery shopping?

Yes me, still waiting for my refund from last Wednesday. Have a reference number etc from CS Manager from last Thursday but still no reply from subsequent emails????
