Its a case of either keeping the items and using the £20 or returning im afraid.

yes if the items are included in the DTD i agree either return them or keep them , not sure if you can return selected items then submit a receipt , anyone done that?

also anyone successfully return items N/A that don't affect the DTD but paid for with a DTd voucher, was there much fuss?

i returned it 85.00 no problem came back clicked my email again and the voucher now says 98.00 so check yours before taking back im so angry

I went and spent my £20 vouchers before they re issued the correct amounts, i phoned customer services and carried on as they told me that no way under any circumstances were they going to issue the vouchers higher than £20 so i thought quick better spend them before they change t&c again, went to Tesco's and got a cash refund for my 2 olay's that didn't get DTD on :O they were free anyway but i was !!!!ed off about the voucher, spent my 2 vouchers no problem anyway customer services told me to spend the new vouchers (the correct ones) as well as it was their fault, got her name and everything in case anything happened (fraud etc) but they took them without any hassle again :) so I am now VERY happy and will continue the DTD with £20 xx

I have done twice on recycled vouchers so the items were free anyway and was amazed when they refunded the items in cash :) even better
