Are you lot for real?! Has NO-ONE got anything better to do than complain about a supermarket issue? The world is falling down around our feet and you lot seem so hard done by. There are 15,000 people still missing in Japan and all you can do is moan about an error on a poxy website, you're all very understanding and sympathetic (Pfft!). The british public this day and age is an utter disgrace, would you still be complaining if we were under aerial attack or if we had an earthquake or a tsunami rip the guts out of our country. Having read this page i am ashamed to call myself a british citizen.

Dear o dear some people tut tut. I, for One, AM proud to be BRITISH, thank you very much! As a nation all we do is raise money for everyone else but ourselves. When we are up against it as times have been tight we surprisingly find funds to help out some other nation in crisis now you dont hear in the news other countries efforts although they do do something I'm sure.
Is it fashionable to knock your nationalty and country at the moment? I would say GROW UP..
We on this website save money probably because WE HAVE TO its not done to while away the hour twiddling our thumbs so if you feel aggrevied get a a bloody plane and go there yourself to make a difference..... I'm sure you will be sorely missed, :D
We all know about the world's tragedies as there is no avoiding the doom and gloom in the news but we dont need our noses blooming well rubbed in it )
We come on here to escape and earn for our families and if thats wrong then jog on..............

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me..
I did a shop yesterday for which I should receive around £50, however I only submitted the details this afternoon.

I assume it will come through tomorrow some time, what do you think I will get? £20 capped or the full amount?

I don't know whether to take my shopping back or not, considering i only submitted it today, but did my shop yesterday.

    Many Thanks for you time!

The £20 capped from the info coming in today.

Hi do you have to return items to the same store or can you take them back anywhere?

Throw it all in a canal!!!
And the Tesco Management who thought this up!!!
Chimpanzees would have been brighter and if not, would have given us a fairer deal, if they had made such a monumental ock-cup!!!!

I'm off out in a second and I forgot to ask if there is anything else I missed since about 3 this afternoon, any more changes I should be aware of? I would really appreciate any update.

Nothing new coming in since then I don't think. Just the £20 limit from now on.

Thankfully I have a copy of the old T&Cs that says max voucher value £100! I will be ringing CS if my latest voucher comes in at £20 as I was due £34ish!

And I'll be bringing the printed T&Cs with me to the store when shopping in case I'm challenged over my £20+ vouchers! You should all do the same.

Think it's time to go to the press/Martin with this... absolutely disgraceful.

    Plase may 'i have a copy:o

I did consider this earlier but couldn't think straight with everything going on.

Sorry not been able to catch up folks and I really don't have the time to, but I've just been and used my £34 voucher. The sales assistant had to call over supervisor but it went really well. The SA asked me to explain it to her how it works but her supervisor was right there. She said she was going to Asda to do her shopping tomorrow but is going to go to Tesco instead  I was desperate to tell her how to do it because she was so excited that she may get back loads on her normal shop! I said to her, just compare prices on Tesco and Asda, she was so grateful and I felt so sorry for her. :( Hopefully she will work it out.

The young girl that served me last night, said 'wow its really worth it then! I cant wait to go to asda and do my shopping and claim it all back' :( dont think many of the sa have a clue about it really, really wanted to say nooooo and tell her how it worked but 'hitler in headset' was hovering and didnt want to draw attention to myself lol

Obviously no we haven't got anything better to do. I for one can't afford to have money that was promised to me so rudely taken away, as i presume, forgive me if i am wrong, many others in the currnet climate can't.
Thank you for thrusting your very important opinion upon us though.

a newbie here so still getting to grips with this promotion and so far have done it all wrong!! :(

up until this morning had done 3 shops...getting braver each time and spending my own money...so this morning i decide to 'recycle' a £58 voucher that most of you appear to have been doing and buy a load more DTD items which i did and spent over £80 which included a roasting pan, razor and olay cream.....none of which i actually needed!! so anyway i get home and submit my receipt and then pop on here to find 'the sh*t has hit the fan' and Tesco have now capped the vouchers to £20  so i feel i have now wasted £58 that couldve been spent on things i actually need.....however i'll get over it but my question now is this:

can i return some of the stuff and still claim the £20 voucher they will send me tomorrow or is it a case of using the £20 and keeping the useless items....or return the majority of 'non-perishables' (which i'm dreading doing!) and then forfeit the £20? hope this makes sense?!
