sorry everyone, this has prob been asked and answered but i couldnt see it.

I understand that from now on the vouchers are going to be capped at £20 but what about the vouchers that we have already been issed and not yet used.

I got one that is £27 that I havent used yet

i was planning on doin a dtd shop tomorow total is 43 quid was expecting a voucher for 38 i take there is no point now i really have no clue wat is goin on now been out all and missed everything i am goin back out in 10 mins so have no time to look over the numerous pages that this thread has grown since i left this morning

still fine to use, as long as it's within 28 days of issue.

but if i were you, i'd use it sooner rather than later.

Write a staff email saying that was what the operator on the phone told you to do as they would not be ammending the vouchers above £20.00. That was exactly what they told me but I held on for a while.

you can use old ones that were submitted yesterday or before. any subitted today will be capped at £20

what happened then? i saw some posts with people saying they only got £20 vouchers & then skipped to the last page where people said they're vouchers are now coming up as the correct amount what happened inbetween as i don't have time to read all the pages inbetween? :rotfl:
