Ive phoned CS this morning about my Hardys Crest Chardonnay - 6 bottles of eeek! Anyway, young lad said yes can see on Asda/Tesco and will send me DTD voucher for £68.52 in post - took all details - so worth ringing if you have bought this - as an aside - they've taken the Hardy's Crest Chardonnay off their website - says unavailable on Tesco but I book marked it and had it in my trolley online saved just in case!

My big Tescos is quite far away. I have got a Tesco metro in town. I know that you can't get the DTD in a Metro, but can you use it there to buy a normal shop?

I have spent my voucher in a metro & got DTD on that spend so it all seems to be rather fudged together at tescos end as far as i can see

I have a voucher for £50 (just changed from £20) PHEW, so whats the best bet to do with it now?
Spend it on a 'normal shop' and then pay in cash a seperate shop for DTD items with a value of £20?

Thats what Im going to do.
Please God, help me stop spending!

vouchers have indead changed, i spoke to ts and then spoke to tesco with results

tesco have now said any reciept imputed after 12 midnight last night will be capped at £20 all before that will be honoured at full amount. trading standards told me that when you imout your receipt that is when your contract with tesco begins so they could be held in breach of contract.

    hope this helps

jonathon bishop at tesco is who i spoke to and hes a supervisor.:D

apologies my spelling is really bad in this was just in a hurry to put it down:o

Yep, indeed they did!.. Oh well, I did buy another 2 bottles whilst I was there so hopefully will get a voucher for DTD on that :D...............can't blame a girl for trying can you?
  • Hurrah! mine is now showing the full amount as well! This thread is moving so fast that I can't keep up with it!

So, all future vouchers will be capped at £20 from today?
