Hi, I just phoned customer services as well and spoke to a nice lady called Ellen.
She said the same as what everyone else has commented, that the vouchers will change to full amount by tomorrow as long as they were input before today. She also said that they were having a HUGE issue with this just now. Must be all the MSE'ers calling lol.
She also advised that there will be a new limit to new vouchers but they are looking into this at the moment.0 -
Right, just off to catch up on 8 pages, but wanted to let you all know that I have just spent a £30 voucher no problem at all. The male SA took it, it scanned at the right value and she didn't even ask to SEE my old receipt! So the word hasn't filtered through to the shop floor yet.
p.s. I even managed to buy a few copies of Glamour with Clinique Moisture Surge and eye cream attached (I think the DTD vouchers are not valid on 'papershop' items). Should have tried to sneak in a gift card too! I'll be making a beeline for her next time I'm in.
I have about 7 DTD vouchers to use yet!
p.s. a poster PMed me to ask which Belfast stores I use, but I can't reply as my inbox is full now and I'm having probs deleting! So anyway, I've used Lisburn Road, Dunmurry, Tesco Metro (city centre) and Knockbreda. All fine! Avoid the older female SAs though, they are a nightmare. HTH.
No, they were changed this morning!!! I prined the old ones when I came into work today!
Good for you! :T
they have been changed twice since the original ones so 3 lots of t nc's0 -

vouchers have indead changed, i spoke to ts and then spoke to tesco with results
tesco have now said any reciept imputed after 12 midnight last night will be capped at £20 all before that will be honoured at full amount. trading standards told me that when you imout your receipt that is when your contract with tesco begins so they could be held in breach of contract.
hope this helps
jonathon bishop at tesco is who i spoke to and hes a supervisor.:D

Shopped last night, all above accepted. £70+, so expecting £100. £20 showed, heart attack later, read thread & tried again, now £100 :j:D:rotfl::T:)
Not sure if the Plenty 4 pack has been mentioned - I found it by accident.
Will be checking up on mysupermarket tomorrow to sort out Tesco deals to spend £100 on. Will also use it to get £20 worth of DTD. Would be awful if I forgot anything and had to go back in to get more stuff. Paying with cash. Worried I might forget any glass packaged items in particular
Thanks so much to all on here for all your help, support and advice :dance:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Well done everyone, I have just been writing my e-mail, came back to find the address and seen that vouchers have changed back. Thanks to everyone who complained.:beer:0

I cant get to Tescos till tomorrow night, do you think I would still be OK spending this £76 voucher then? I dont have a car till then and cant carry that much shopping on the bus lol. Please God, help me stop spending!0

Just sent this back to the department that sent me the Price Check results and copied to ceo.
I understand that you can amend the t and c at any time but I have it in writing from you that my shop would have been 34.13 cheaper in Asda and I was therefore entiltled to Double the Difference. .
Why then can you attach a voucher for 20.00 that has to be spent with you? If you will not honour this, please arrange to have the delivery van come and take this away as I will not shop with a company who cannot have the decency to stand by their promise. You quite rightly state that I would have been 34.13 cheaper by shopping at Asda then have the nerve to send me 20.00 as a consolation. No way, please pick this up as I paid delivery of 4.00 in good faith!
Will post any reply although I seiously doubt if they'll have the good manners to reply, Customer Service seems an alien concept to the majority of the Tesco organisation, (not all I hasten to add, seems there have been some nice assts, although defo not in my Tesco:))0 -
