is the limet still going to be 20 per month as from today if so you will not be able to buy more dtd shops with a dtd vocher as stores will be able to see you have spent more than your 20 a month can anyone confirm
  • Surely this should now state £20?
Is there a maximum amount a voucher will be valid for?
There is no limit on the vouchers, other than the fair usage limit.

ya know what is gonna happen next,..... all these 20 pound vouchers people have printed off, when they use the larger ones now and if the cashier aint properly trained, and dont ask for the receipt, some people are going to take advantage of using the 20 pound voucher with the receipt again, silly Mr T

I doubt it, as you could have done that with any voucher you received couldn't you, I'm sure there will be a minority that would be tempted but, when they sort out these vouchers and have two with the same receipt details they will be able to check cctv for both transactions and catch you out. You may be able to walk out of store with goods there and then but don't think for a moment they wouldn't prosecute people who did this

I am going to buy all the BOGOF's with mine, they have quite a lot at the moment and then restart when I know what the new voucher limit is!

On a serious note, have you notice how good the offers in T are at the minute?
I went in there yesterday to spend a voucher, along with my sister (who isnt remotely interested in this DTD) and she seemed to get a whole lot of shopping for her money, i inputted her receipt for her and her shopping came out as being 39 pounds cheaper in T, so DTD items aside it seems Tesco`s really are lowering their prices
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Are all the bar codes the same then? What happens if it should have been more than £20 but you have spent the £20 one?

Can you then use the voucher that is more than £20 - can they check? I wouldnt normally ask but they were trying to con us?

If they processed it correctly at the checkout, your receipt would have been signed by the cashier to show that you had spent the DTD on that transaction.
