    THE POLICY HAS BEEN REVERSED

Print your coupons off as quickly as possible for the full amount before it changes again

:( I'm still waiting for my £72 voucher to be credited to my account! I handed it to the delivery driver on Monday morning!:eek::eek:
So just spoke to CS she was very sorry but as it was over £50 it can take up to a week to be authorised and sorted!! But she did assured me it would be seen to today and so back in my account by next week as it takes 3/4 days to clear!!

Now wondering if i will only get £20?!!

Anyone else had any problems with home delivery?

Apparently they can only put £50 vouchers thru the .com till they then put my excess through as a separate refund so goes back in two transactions got mine within 48 hours not sure if it's gone back on yet though
  • Can I just clarify that if I imputted a reciept today at around 10.30 am would it be honoured? There seems to be conflicting advice about this :) Many thanks x

Thanks, i was just thinking, would it be best to do that or would it be best to do a 'normal shop' with some DTD items in with it (value of £20) and still pay using the voucher?

Depends if the rest of the items in the normal shop takes you higher than the £20, or brings it lower...
To save myself getting confused I am doing a normal shop with my voucher, then getting some wine seperately for a new £20 dtd voucher.
Please God, help me stop spending!

ya know what is gonna happen next,..... all these 20 pound vouchers people have printed off, when they use the larger ones now and if the cashier aint properly trained, and dont ask for the receipt, some people are going to take advantage of using the 20 pound voucher with the receipt again, silly Mr T

If we're all limited to £20 what are we going to buy today?
I am going to buy all the BOGOF's with mine, they have quite a lot at the moment and then restart when I know what the new voucher limit is!

Are all the bar codes the same then? What happens if it should have been more than £20 but you have spent the £20 one?

Can you then use the voucher that is more than £20 - can they check? I wouldnt normally ask but they were trying to con us?
