If Head Office are constantly changing their minds and we've been getting different information from Customer Services, what on earth are the shops being told and have they been updated again from £20 back to honouring old vouchers. I'd like to go and spend my £80 voucher this afternoon but am now worried store will only honour £20!! Any ideas!0

Thank goodness I went to work for the hour of madness, came back printed my vouchers for correct amount and read on here what was happening. I would rather do small shops for £20 voucher. I'ts too stressful doing these bigger shops for me.
You take your life in your hands opening my cupboards, you might be killed by all the twinings, surf, Iams and kit kats falling out on you0 -

Anyone not rec'd their voucher from yesterday yet ?
I input a receipt from todays delivery this morning and the T&C's were not saying £20 so not sure how they can say that it will only be valid for £20
I know I'm sounding like a cracked record but I've not received any yet from any day:(
Hope you get yours soon0 -

I am so ashamed of myself - The downside I should be doing my proper work in office today but what did I do - I have been on here & pts since this morning 9am!!!! but the good news is my boss is getting free wines just for his £50 cash capitalRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

No I still have the receipt - voucher should have been £30+ but sent me £20. I panicked so just thought spend it at least it is £20.
Personally I would not re-spend the voucher for the higher amount (too honest, but also too scared!), I would be more inclined to contact head office and request a giftcard for the remaining amount due to their incompetence.0 -
now the excitment is over, can we find some DTD'S?life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0
