i posted a question on PTS asking where the threads had gone and my question was deleted!!

also someone started a new thread asking what was going on with the deleted threads and seconds later that was deleted as well!!
    spooky!!

I think you'll find Martin Lewis won't buckle quite so easily. ;)

I hear Asda have offered the owners of PTS asylum should they need it! :D

if returning baileys could you not just say you bought for nan but you accidently got the wrong size or flavour and want to return it for a refund.or something along those lines anyway

Funny that, I posted earlier that I had returned my baileys for a refund then submitted DTD but they honoured it at 9.19 anyway! So I have received DTD for something I have returned. My receipt is marked Refunded. This was purchased yesterday & received voucher this afternoon. So I have received £20 too much!

Please can someone help me. I bought the baileys on Thurs am when it was £19.19 and my receipt shows this. however, had price check voucher back and this is not included. I bought it for my Nan so will be a chunk out of her pension:o. Also on another shop that day I bought the lurpak but this has come back as n/a. Am really cafuddled now and not sure weather to phone customer services (but don't want to draw attention for all of you) or if i was to take it to store what do I have to say for them to take it back?:( xx

Just return the Baileys for a refund.

Lurpack - I got a voucher today and it was included. It was the 500g tub of Lurpack Lighter spreadable at £2.80 - it is £1.50 in Asda so £2.60 refund = 20p for butter. HTH

Thank god for that, we were just about to call on the UN to protect them from a possible hostile takeover by Tesco! :rotfl:
