Please can someone help me. I bought the baileys on Thurs am when it was £19.19 and my receipt shows this. however, had price check voucher back and this is not included. I bought it for my Nan so will be a chunk out of her pension:o. Also on another shop that day I bought the lurpak but this has come back as n/a. Am really cafuddled now and not sure weather to phone customer services (but don't want to draw attention for all of you) or if i was to take it to store what do I have to say for them to take it back?:( xx

did you buy the right size of lurpak -it was the 500g spreadable
i bough this on thurs and have got DTd on it no problems

Personally I'd phone customer services, without mentioned this site.

    Thanks a lot for this!
So the theory is that for any item you buy at Tesco that is sold cheaper at Asda, you get twice the difference back as a Tesco voucher? But this doesn't seem to be the case all the time?

Exactly, its a gamble, but remember its only groceries! :p

Hmm the longer I sit here humming and arring the more likely Tesco will stop comparing the items I want to buy! I think its bang out of order that we no longer know what is comparable and they can make up thier own rules! I have seen items on both Asda and Tesco website but they were not on the price checker!? Therefore they obviously choose what they want to price check with!

What do you mean when you say it wasn't included (Baileys)
The Lurpak is a known issue, seems Tesco suddenly decided that they couldn't find it on the Asda site *rolls eyes*

if returning baileys could you not just say you bought for nan but you accidently got the wrong size or flavour and want to return it for a refund.or something along those lines anyway

The reason I'm asking is that I was planning on buying a load of wine for my birthday do tomorrow. If I found wine I could get a good DTD for from Tesco, I'll do that. Otherwise I'll just buy it at Majestic. Hmmm...
