My first shop where me and my other half got a bit carried away and nearly fainted when we saw the total was ~£110 spend / ~£109 voucher back
Same here, panicked a little, waiting for voucher, which came through no problem and was quickly spent on 'normal' shopping, without a hitch:jStarting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

If people could just post deals in a nice large red font it would make things much easier to whizz through..or embed a big image within your post like i've done.Agreed, and some if not most have been doing that, I'll put something on the opening post.
I can see the benefits of doing this but people need/want questions addressing and they could go ignored. It could also been seen as benefiting the 'lazy' (not my words, someone elses) MSErs just looking for large or red print and therefor not contributing to the thread.0 -

But it IS deals thread, questions are secondary and if go unnoticed/unanswered, so be it0 -

what a load of rubbish they come up with sometimes.
i had to use mine on a self-service till too as all manned checkout were closed. i got the attention of the SA and she said it wasn't a problem. she saved my transaction, opened a manned till just for me and put the voucher through. took 30 seconds at most.
I've seen something somewhere that you cannot use them on Self Service tills, I think it was on the T&Cs but I can't remember... but...
When we did our first big shop for DTD items (£110 total, oops) we had to go through Self Service as there were no tills open and that was a lot of things to put through which then needed assistance for alcohol tags, air freshener tags and car park stamps (store in question has a pay on exit car park but free WYS £10 in Tesco).
Thinking ahead, my other half asked when the main tills got closed as "it would have been easier with all these tags etc top go through a normal till" (he was thinking about when we would go back to spend the voucher) and the lady said "oh, you should have asked us to open one... in future if you need a normal till, just ask and we'll open one up for you"
I have to admit, despite my hatred for all things Tesco, this new store almost makes me feel better about Mr T!If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -
Anyone had any vouchers through today?
Is there any reason why I can't enter them in the pricechecker again, see if a voucher pops up?0 -
only just noticed the bowse by aisle link on the price checker, has this been there all along, could have made things so much easier if i had noticed it x
