I think questions and answers are just as important as the deals. Just as an expample the recent discussion over ink black and white vs colour.....we are now made aware that the ink colour COULD pose a problem. No point having this deal if the voucher printed is going to be refused! So in my opinion, the questions and answers are just as important as the deals, if not more!!

The thread posted to discuss this was deleted......what does that tell you?

It wasn't deleted, it was moved to the shopping part of the forum, rather than Grabbit... which made sense, except it meant people started asking questions in here again, making the other thread redundant... therefore, both deals and questions need to be here so that everyone can benefit

The few people complaining about this thread becoming a discussion. Have any of you noticed how some newbies have said they were nervous posting, or worried about posting?

Some of your comments are, without a doubt, making these people not want to post here, no one should feel unwelcome or be made to feel like they have done something wrong by asking a question!! Everyone has a right to post here unless told otherwise by a mod or Martin himself.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, please bear that in mind!

It tells me it's a deals thread, as in the title, questions are secondary because it doesn't say pricechecker questions thread in the title, if MSE moved/deleted it, it was because this is a deals forum, not a questions forum, that's what it says to me whether or not it's 'against' the spirit of MSE.

No one minds answering questions, but when you see the same question posted on the same page which it has already been answered it does begin to grate.

I'll always look for an answer before I ask for one, its what i consider to be polite practise and good manners.
