Yes, that has happened on both of my vouchers too.

I've had it with all 4 vouchers I've had too - with the first one I knew I'd put the time in correctly but it had changed it from a 24hr format to 12hr format on the voucher. That's something their end! I hope they don't try refuse someone on the basis of that.

Well price checker confirms all my items are still the same prices. Delivery is due now. I kinda already knew everything was fine due to website prices and the amount taken from my bank, but just wanted to make sure, again. I find it strange that you can put in for your voucher before you receive your delivery though. You don't really know charges until it's delivered plus you can hand items back to the driver. I put in voucher first thing this morning as soon as it had picked as suggested. It would be nice to get my voucher through before it was delivered though.

  • I know Tesco are saying DTD but if somethings £2 in tesco and £1 in asda and you get a voucher for £2, really its only a £1 youve actually saved as uve paid £1 more in tesco than you would have asda. Still a good bargain tho. I wont be going mad but just maybe substituting a few items, after all ile still get the clubcard points as well. Ive read through the thread and i dont actually spend a lot of money in one go so im going to go for a DTD shop of around £20.
