I'm guessing the OP has used a DTD difference voucher before that shows on the receipt. It must have been over £24 to put it over the DTD total spend of £100 in the same month..

now that would make sense. thanks!

They also tried to query that somehow the time stamp had changed from 18:15 to 06:15.

Yes, that has happened on both of my vouchers too.

I knew it would only be a matter of time before the greed started to set in. That's how they can tell when you have reached your £100 monthly limit then I pressume. It is printed on your receipt. Mr T is not so silly after all then. :T

I've just used one for £40 on a £55 shop. It was one of my first ones so the receipt was a straight shop with no vouchers used to pay. Manager called over my shopping canx and I was guarded as she marched off somewhere to make a call. She said a voucher this high can't be right.

10 minutes later she returned saying, yes that's fine to use and a mumbled sorry!

I felt like I was about to be arrested!

I had somewhat simular experience today with the voulcher for 65 pounds. I have already a few of them with no problem whatsoever however today I got a few s**pid staff who didn't have any idea of how to use it (including the supervisor and the duty manager) so I was made to wait around 15 min, getting angrier by the minute in a very busy store. Anyway I told them I will make a formal complaint, which I did in person and on the phone (!!!) and now I'm awaiting a letter of appology. I'm not the one who likes to complain /make a fuss, but got REALLY annoyed and angry with some people's s**pidness. It ruined my fun of getting free stuff!!! (well only for today:rotfl:).
ADVISE- If you have ANY problems with getting your voulcher accepted tell them that you will make a formal complaint and ask for the head office number- 0800 505555 and even call them there and then!!!

Mine had done the same for some reason (I shopped at 18.57 yesterday but it showed 06.57) although I think I was lucky as my SA didn't care - i think she was having enough trouble figuring out what to do & didn't want to make any more problems for herself!

If I'd had a snooty SA it could've proved difficult though and I was a bit worried before I set out
