Like ARSENAL, I would love to know if there is somewhere that we can put in an official complaint about a survey company. Does anyone know about somewhere that might be able to help? Thanks.

I have only done 4 surveys with WH Smiths but I have never had any issues with them. I always get my points immediately after I have done a survey and I have withdrawn money to my PayPal account.

I'm glad to hear that not everyone is having the same problems! I just wish it could go as smoothly for everyone else.

Did two surveys today, However went to reuqest payment 4.64 by paypal and it keeps failing (my details are all correct).

It may be that if you try again tomorrow it will work OK. I've occasionally had problems getting my paypal payment through from Crowdology, and then the system worked the next day. Fingers crossed for you.

Got paid today when request right away £4.55 they took 11p lol

Got paid today. The total amount was £10.48. They are supposed to deduct 2% (21p) but they deducted over 20%! I know it's not a lot of money, but I don't like being short-changed by anyone! I've emailed them and now waiting for a response. Has anyone else had this problem?

Just logged into my account and they have credited the amount that is owed to me.
