i have previously signed up for jobs on whsmith and i signed up with the username i use for that and it already exists.. so i pressed on member and it came up with crowdology and ive never had surveys from whsmith before, so what can i do?
plz help thanks

Frustratingly it takes about 10 minutes to answer questions only to be told you do not qualify for the survey. I haven't qualified for any surveys yet despite trying loads. Not sure what sort of person they are looking for? Still it seems as if those who have completed surveys are having real problems collecting the cash anyway. Sounds a bit of a con - think I'll stop wasting my time on this one.

I've just completed a 30-minute survey for WHSmith, but no sign of any points being added to my account. Fingers crossed they'll turn up soon.

Thanks, I have done 3 surveys with WH Smiths and have never had any problems with them. I have just sucsesfully managed to withdraw £5.28 to my paypal account.

Got my first payment with them last week- only site so far that has been an instant payment. Surveys I qualify for are few and far between though...

Just wanted to say that after two days of failing to get my pennies, well just shy of £8.00, from Crowdology, I managed to do it just five minutes ago.
Hope it helps and works for those of you who are struggling to redeem their money.

Still no points awarded for this, although WHSmith told me this afternoon that they had been awarded immediately after completing the survey! I am so fed up with them now. Does anyone think unsubscribing from WHS would affect my Crowdology account? (I've asked Crowdology about this, but although they've promised an answer I still haven't heard back yet.)
