I have been doing theWH Smith surveys for some time and generally the points are automatically awarded after survey is completed-yet like you today did a short survey only paying something like 34p and i was not credited-lets hope it is later?
But this is the 1st time this has happened to me.

After successfully getting my missing points added to my account, and then the payment eventually going through OK, I took two surveys today, one with Crowdology and one with WHS. No points added for either of them - here we go again...

mine still has not been added, not a great first impression.

Having problems with Crowdology, am quite furious in fact. They have not credited my account for completed surveys for almost 2 months now, I sent them a long list of missing credits, always get the usual autoresponse that they aim to reply within 7days but no actual response from anyone and they are just not paying up, and "best" of all, they keep sending surveys for me to complete. I am really fuming!
