I cant register for this as it never recognises my legitimate UK postcode. I have emailed them several times about this..

I had to do mine in lowercase and only the first half e.g. for argument's sake I live in Cloudcuckooland and my postcode is CCL2 SH7, in the end I had to do ccl2 and it worked. Hope this helps!

I think the whole W H Smith survey is a con. I have completed numerous surveys where after you have answered many of the questions you are told you don't qualify. I'm thinking of reporting them to whoever is responsible for market research. I too have deregistered and of course the first thing they tell you (almost with glee in their response) is you have lost all accumulated money

Is anyone else having problems withdrawing their cash? I amazingly have got up to £4 but over the last few days whenever I try to send it to PayPal it comes up with a message saying it is not possible at this time. I emailled them but it came back as out of office! Any ideas?

Yes, I am having the same problem, keeps saying the same thing to me, too, I've been trying for past 2 days with no luck. Has anyone managed to withdraw money?

Also, WHS surveys and Crowdology are the same company I think, I did a survey for WHS who did not credit me for it, so emailed them and got a response from Crowdology and they eventually credited the amount. Basically the WHS and the Crowdology credit into the same account, also the logging details are the same for both.

Also the email responses that are coming back are not very... how shall I put it? ehrm.. standard, quite poor service judging from my experience.

I've been having problems with Crowdology ever since I signed up to the WHS Surveys. I have now done four surveys that were acknowledged as successfully completed but no points were added to my account - one was for a fair bit more than the usual, so that's been very frustrating.

And I agree - I tried a few times to get a response via email, and eventually they 'agreed' that I was owed some recompense for my time and effort, and that something had been added to my account. But nothing had. It's really frustrating, because in the past I have always found them to be helpful and responsive.

I have been trying to withdraw money from this company for about a week. Every day it says the payment solution is not available. I emailed crowdology but have had no response. Anyone got any ideas? I have over £15 due so not happy to just leave it. Not doing any more surveys for them for now tho!

I delete the emails without opening. Too many technical issues and even when I do qualify without a hitch they are dull as dishwater. And this from someone who happily tolerates no end of "issues" with Toluna.

i agree and i also get the same .. so i have STOPPED doing any surveys - marked them as spam.

I am in the same boat however.... I contacted them through their forum page where you need to set up another password and I got an email back that my request will be answered in 7 days.

More importantly, this is what was included in that email:

PLEASE NOTE THE PAYMENT SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY OFFLINE FOR MAINTENANCE UNTIL WEDNESDAY

So this explains why we can't request the payment. I will try on Wednesday again, hopefully it'll work then...

Someone at Crowdology finally responded today, and all the missing points have been added to my account. And now of course I'm in the same boat as everyone else - ie can't get the payment to PayPal. Let's hope things improve on Wednesday!
