Someone at Crowdology finally responded today, and all the missing points have been added to my account. And now of course I'm in the same boat as everyone else - ie can't get the payment to PayPal. Let's hope things improve on Wednesday!
I've just had an email from Crowdology, with an update on the payment system. It should now be back on 23rd May.:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0 -
you know i joined this and only through joing this i found out about crowdology.i was buzzing short surveys and £4 min payout. then it started, the dread when i saw that whs email. as soon as it asked me where i was from and i said yorkshire, it was if it shot me down so fast. in the end i tried pressing other ones and it would let me get abit further then say i didnt qualify. Then i got y first crowdology link and was pleasently suprised. sure i dont know many of the answers but i always do qualify and the money always goes in. havent tried to withdraw just yet. its a shame you cant get your money from whs into you crowdology accountit might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

I just got the following email back from customer services if it helps anyone!
We recently received an email from those who manage many panel pay-out systems, including ours, which stated they have had a problem recently with a number of people – probably from the same source – creating fake accounts and using ‘robot programs’ to complete surveys. These ‘robots’ are capable of completing hundreds of surveys per day, and have been used to fill out surveys for other, less secure, panels dishonestly. In this fashion, the users of the fake accounts expect to be able to garner a small fortune from those companies.
Obviously, the company managing pay-outs must prevent this and they have done so by freezing outgoing transactions with PayPal until they have investigated the matter and found a way to prevent these false users effectively stealing money. The email stated they expect to have the matter resolved by next Tuesday. I do understand that it is highly frustrating that you are unable to claim your rewards, but please rest assured that there is no doubt you will be able to after the problem is fixed.
Best Regards,

Thanks for this.
Sounds absolutely ridiculous, but there you go. I assumed that WHS and Crowdology are the same company belonging to Cint. It was only after I queried missing points from WHS - the reply to this query came from Crowdology. So please, correct me someone if I am wrong in assuming they are actually one company.
Tried to transfer from Crowdology as it said that paypal should be sorted today but still no luck. Waiting for a reply as they 'owe' me credits for 10 surveys, and what's even more frustrating is that my previous credits that were in my account 5 days ago, are no longer there...
Not sure what to think, but just have to wait and see if they pay up after they sort out their 'technical glitch', yet again...Art is a life-saving device.

I am also having trouble transferring my money to paypal and I have emailed them twice and just received this email, different from above. I have also x is my account but it tries to transfer a sum lower and it fails, I dont know what is going on.
I’m receiving complaints such as this from a small number of other survey users. At this time I am unsure of the cause of this; we do not handle the payments ourselves, but it is my understanding that the company who does is experiencing some problems with PayPal at the moment, though this is gives no reason as to why your funds have been reduced. Our records show that you still have xxxx in your account, but they also show that when you tried to transfer only xxxx was showing. Please no not worry; your account still holds the full value, and I will email the pay-out company and get to the bottom of this problem.

My Crowdology payment has just gone through successfully to PayPal (minus a few pennies for their transaction fee), so hopefully the glitch has been sorted out. :j:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0
