It seems the payment system is not working, I have around £5 wanting to send it to my Paypal account and it keeps failing.

I've just logged in to my account and was able to redeem £2.67 in to paypal.

I don't know if someone has messed a setting up or if they've changed the redemption level but it appears to be set so that you only need 8p (yep, eight pence!) in your account for you to redeem in to paypal

    Worth trying :)

  • Is anyone still having problems with WHSmith surveys? I recently noticed that I was not always getting paid for surveys I completed in full. Never thought to ensure they were paying me correctly but when I noticed payments missing I started to keep a log of surveys which I managed to complete in full. It was then that I noticed that not only were they not paying me for my completed surveys, but sometimes even when they did, it was not for the amount which was promised for the survey, sometimes less than half of what was promised! I've had to email them over 10 times over the past 2 months to query non-payments and short-payments and each time was told that they checked with the 'panel managers' of the surveys and that I was correct and I was owed money and they would sort it within a week. Nothing has been sorted and I have just had to email them again today regarding every survey which I was not paid for or underpaid. This seems to be a complete con and waste of time and I am getting very fed up with them. Why would WHSmith lend their name to this company (EasyInvites/EasyPanel) which is so unscrupulous and incompetent? I have £13.76 in my account at the moment but they still owe me over £6 which has not been credited yet. I would just like to get my money and unregister from them now as I've had enough.. It's taking up too much of my time now constantly having to email them to get what is owed. I would avoid WHSmith surveys unless you want to be conned or waste a lot of your time.. and yes, it's usually quite difficult to even manage to complete one of the surveys because they constantly screen you out after taking lots of your personal information for free. It took me a year and a half to accumulate the £13.76. I don't use Crowdology so can't comment if they are any better.

Did anyone get the £2 survey they sent out where you signed up for global opinion panels (not the synovate survey company that has just merged with ipsos, a different one) ?

I signed up for it, did the ridiculous long survey and then never got the £2. I emailed them but no reply and still no money in the account

Yes, I did that one also and didn't receive the £2 promised. Have emailed them also and still waiting for a reply. It's just not on...
  • Has anybody had their WHSmith Survey account deleted?

I tried to log in to my account to find i was unable to and then choosing the "forgot password" option discovered that my email address was not found in their system.

I have contacted CINT customer support, to be told that my email address was not registered (despite sending them a copy of my original registration confirmation email and panelist ID number) and that they cannot help me unless i can provide them with the email address i registered with

So it looks like all of the time i spent filling surveys has been wasted - along with the almost £30 that was in my account

fire-blade = thats not nice of them to delete your account, sorry you've lost that money,

it's not a good idea to let that much money build up in any survey or gpt account

has anyone had any surveys from them lately ?
my last survey was 3rd april 2013
