Are discounts shown on online orders?

Well mine arrived safe and sound this morning :j but my discount didnt come off........so rang customer services as my 15% code had worked on original order.........and they double checked my order, yes you may have the discount....so for those not seeing discount on your invoices i would definately ring CS, the CS guy who checked it for me said i should have had it shown on invoice...........soooo while i was on i ordered another;)
