    I phoned the other day to set up new account. Thought I would phone to check they had me on system - well, they didn't !!! They said to try later which I did. I was then told I had been declined credit(no reason why I should have been) and a lady would call to take my order to pay with credit card.
    Whilst waiting all those hours I decided to order one on-line - managed to get the bogof ones on screen - how I don't know. It all went through so quickly I missed the bit for credit card payment so I phoned them again!! Thinking that I had been refused credit and could I pay with card. What a muddle. Anyway(for those still following) they said an account had been set up before. So by now I am soooo confused. They said to wait till tomorrow and see how many I had placed on order. I put the phone down and a lady from the credit card dept. phones... to take my order for a phone!!

    So anyway I think what I am trying to say is all those who opened new accounts could perhaps phone them up to see if they atcually opened one or not. That way if you have been refused credit or lost in system then you will find out sooner rather than later.

    The lady who did phone me back said it was better to go through Freemans - their refunds were easier was the jist of what I got. She could not really say too much over the phone but her advice was given the choice to go through them????

    o.k may try and hit the sack now.

    So...

    Go to "Help".

    Search for "Contact eBay".

    Click on one of the links thats to do with getting in touch with them.

    Then on the left click on "Contact Us".

    Select "Reporting an item" (or something similar).

    Follow the long process until you get to the screen where you can enter the item number.

    See...its as easy as 1, 2. ...3..........10,421.

    Unlocked too what a bargain.............will take Pingua's advice and ring tomorrow to confirm my order.....I shall be so disappointed if it has gone wrong. I think I will close down now and hit the sac - too much excitement for this old gal.

    When I searched 'e900' I only found black e900 at £199. Nothing found when searched for 'pink e900' .
