It does say in the T&Cs that the code doesn't apply to mobiles. They could therefore possibly claim it back off you at a later date. This may slip through because the product code is a special one.

Have ordered online from Grattan with 20% off code. Status is 'stock reserved'.

Beware anyone wanting to change the fascia! You can change everything BUT the keypad (meaning you have a black phone which slides to reveal a pink keypad!

I've just ordered mine, found it very strange, it says its ordered etc, but they havent even asked for payment details. no bank account details or anything. Have i got to open an email they sent me and confirm the order or anything? Cos checking my email may be an issue for a few days!

Also, I tried the discount code and it doesnt work when you order the phone on line! Unless it will appear in the statement like a few of the posters have been saying on here.

I just tried to order this via the phone from freemans they let me have it for £99.99 but would not give me the 20% off.

Said it was on the website and my friend recommended me. First she said I would have to open an agency acc which I said ok, then she said she was still not sure if that would make the 20% code work.

What did I do wrong?

What is the code please so I can do it via the web?

Cheers OP antiville, looks like they'll be paying out big time for this printing mistake.

Ordered mine earlier this morning and got 20% off as new customer. Kept me on the phone for 15 mins though :O

Told have to wait for 1st Delivery re-stock and then delivery can take up to 2 weeks by courier.

Here's hoping they honour the reserve orders and deliver before Xmas

You have opened a credit account with them. You will get a bill and can pay it off at once or in installments of £5 per week...
