And I suppose they will send us a copy of the catalogue aswell which has the offer on the back....(and I have taken a copy of the photos posted with prices next to the phone so that I can put my case forward if required )

They probably won't be sending out any more catalogues until they get new ones printed lol.

In any case, I have the scanned pics here on my computer and can send them to anyone who needs them, but I think they're being genuine about us getting them anyway.

HI all

Bit of news for anyone who forgot to user the new customer 20% off discount code when ordering these phones. I just rung Gratten and spoke to a very helpful chap, I wanted to try and change the delivery address on the order of the phone but wasnt able to becuase it had been picked from warehouse and ready for dispatch, but I was able to get the discount.

I told the chap that I forgot to use a 20% off code when ordering the phone and he looked at the order and confirmed that it was to late to take the 20% off the price of the phone so instead he would get a cheque sent out to me for the amount discount around 20 quid.

Will have to wait and see now if it comes fingers crossed, By the way many thanks OP my better half will have a cracking new phone for xmas now.:T

I rang this number 0800 444545 when asked for account number I said i didnt have one and that i only setup account yesterday was then put through to a different person from the one who originally answered my call.

I just tried to order and they asked where i got the 20% discount code from. what do i say i am a new customer and paid with my card, i cannot see anything on there website about 20% discount?

I just called and she said the 20% would be applied, but she just said it right after I told her the code, I feel like she didn't really apply it, we'll see

i was not questioned where i got the code from. she just took my order and address. said i'll get it in a week or so and didn't even ask me to pay for it immediately. said i can pay them within 30 days (or something like that) after i receive the item.

I wonder if they really have that much stock.
